Simplificant el proc\u00e9s, ens fiquem al llit, ens movem fins trobar la postura correcta i&#8230; tanquem els ulls. O no?<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/coqt.landingspace.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/LAGOF-1-300x181.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tot i ser un tema recurrent en algunes pel\u00b7l\u00edcules de terror, es poc conegut: moltes persones s\u00f3n incapaces de tancar els ulls correctament mentre dormen. Es tracta d\u2019una acci\u00f3 involunt\u00e0ria coneguda com <strong>lagoftalmos nocturns<\/strong>.<\/p> <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta afectaci\u00f3 fa que el pacient dormi amb un espai de separaci\u00f3 (dep\u00e8n del cas, pot ser major o menor) entre les parpelles superiors i inferiors, fent que l\u2019ull no es tanqui en la seva totalitat, deixant a l\u2019aire part de la superf\u00edcie ocular, produint-se aix\u00ed, evaporaci\u00f3 de la ll\u00e0grima. Aix\u00f2 pot ocasionar problemes oculars.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els lagoftalmos nocturns poden ser deguts a:<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Factors mec\u00e0nics<\/strong>: el m\u00fascul funciona perfectament per\u00f2 existeixen factors externs (com per exemple, una cicatriu post quir\u00fargica) que impedeixen que la parpella es tanqui correctament.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Factors nerviosos<\/strong>: algunes lesions en el nervi facial, impedeix que la informaci\u00f3 de \u201ctancar\u201d l\u2019ull arribi correctament al m\u00fascul encarregat d\u2019aquesta funci\u00f3. Una par\u00e0lisi facial, un traumatisme o alguns tumors poden ser la causa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>S\u00edmptomes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per norma general, no dormir amb els ulls tancats pot causar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enrogiment dels ulls<\/li>\n<li>Mol\u00e8sties a la zona ocular<\/li>\n<li>Visi\u00f3 borrosa<\/li>\n<li>Sensaci\u00f3 de cos estrany<\/li>\n<li>Irritaci\u00f3 i infecci\u00f3 ocular<\/li>\n<li>Llagrimeig constant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prevenci\u00f3 i tractament<\/strong><\/p> <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9s important que si es detecta algun dels s\u00edmptomes anteriorment comentats, es consulti amb un oftalm\u00f2leg expert per realitzar una exploraci\u00f3 adequada.<\/p> <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els lagoftalmos es poden tractar mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019un tipus de <strong>ll\u00e0grima artificial<\/strong> m\u00e9s densa que persisteix durant la superf\u00edcie ocular durant la nit, prevenint aix\u00ed l\u2019evaporaci\u00f3 de la ll\u00e0grima. Una altre opci\u00f3 \u00e9s la <strong>tarsorrafia parcial<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, utilitzar esparadrap per tancar les parpelles durant el son.
